recovery for one of Kinapse's largest contracts.

Recovered operational and quality issues across a complex supplier and stakeholder landscape, got the programme back on plan, led, managed and stabilised service transitions across 31 EU countries into a centralised off-shore delivery centre in India, with supporting regional hubs within 6 months.

​

Replaced an under-performing supplier addressing quality and cost issues and returned all KPIs to green while absorbing significant un-forecast volumes increases.

​

Addressed dysfunctional stakeholder and sub-contractor relationships, reshaped and renegotiated the contract and pricing structure, and returned the contract to profitability.
